Frequently Asked Questions

  • I don’t accept insurance directly at this time and I no longer provide Superbills.

Alternatively, I can accept HSA/FSA cards. If you choose to use an HSA/FSA card, I will need an additional credit card on file for any late cancellations.

  • Yes! My office is based in Tustin, CA. My current in-person hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am to 3:30pm.

  • I only have daytime appointments available a this time.

  • Yes, especially individuals hoping to find and maintain a secure relationship!

  • I provide immersive sessions that are a minimum of 90 minutes, ideally 120 minutes, but may go to 150-180 minutes.

  • I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which allows more advanced notice for another client who may need your time slot.

If any unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g. you start to feel sick) 48 hours before our session, I encourage you to reach out to me to cancel or reschedule for later in the week.

This will ensure that you avoid having to pay the late cancellation or no-show fee (which is the full session rate) for a session you weren’t able to attend.
